Job Description
Direct supervision employees to look after male and female youth in a staff secure residential environment.
We are currently hiring for all shifts. 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, 11:00pm-7:00am.
Qualifications:
- Must have High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Pass all of the required Background Checks, Drug Screening, & Safe Crisis Management Class.
Job Duties:
- Ability to interact in a pleasant and professional manner with other employees, providers, youth and youth’s families.
- Must be able to carry/lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, squat, reach, stand, and walk in a repetitive manner.
- Must be able to perform Safe Crisis Management.
- Provides direct supervision, ensure the health, safety and security of youth.
- Monitor the whereabouts of residents at all times.
- Attends mandatory treatment team meeting and all staff training.
- Completes required daily progress notes that includes behavior, incident reports and any other information about the youth’s day.
- Other duties as directed by the Program Coordinator.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
