Job Overview
The Program Manager is a key professional responsible for ensuring the financial and
contractual health of the Clinical Program. Must demonstrate expertise in quality
assurance, contracts, finance, cost allocation, budgets, procurement, and forecasting.
The Program Manager provides direct managerial responsibility for all aspects of the
Clinical program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Included but not limited to):
- Directs the work of the program coordinator(s).
- Prepares grant requests and develops budget requests (Service Delivery Plan).
- Responsible for program forecasting to ensure adequate use of funds and funding
sources.
- Ensures cost allocation practices are being implemented.
- Responsible for providing administrative support to the Clinical Supervisors.
- Responsible for creating weekly financial reports to the Operations Director.
- Responsible for program audits.
- Ensures quality assurance measures are adequate and aligns with Quality
Assurance Plan.
- Works alongside the Accounting Manager to create the annual program budget.
- Liaises with County officials to ensure appropriate monitoring of contractual
obligations.
- Responsible for providing administrative support to the Clinical Supervisors.
- Works alongside the Intake Manager for capacity and billing requirements.
- Works alongside the HR Manager for adequate staffing needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or Administration. More
than 5 years’ experience in finance and County contracts. Excellent excel skills in
Microsoft Office.
- Experience in cost-reimbursement billing, fee-for-service billing, and full-time
equivalent allocations.
