QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience in the field of child welfare
- Valid driver's license as well as properly insured and registered vehicle
- Communication and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient with clerical duties

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- participating in community communication events
- identify potential families wanting more information about becoming foster parents
- sending out licensing packets to families.
- Serve as a role model for clients in terms of the professional worker
- Report as mandated by the Child Protective Services Law all cases of suspected child abuse and/or neglect within 24 hours
