QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters of Social Work or a Masters degree in a directly related degree.
- Prior experience in Foster Care and child services.
- At least 2 consecutive years of supervisory experience.
-Ability to obtain appropriate child abuse and criminal clearances.
-Valid driver’s license and own a properly registered and insured vehicle.
-Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
-Computer literate.
-Able to take financial responsibility to obtain clearances needed before orientation.
-Willing to make a minimum of a 2 year commitment to growing with our team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Children’s Choice is seeking a Program Coordinator who can facilitate adoption work and permanent legal custody with foster parents and their foster children. This position would also include supervision a staff of about 10 Caseworkers, manage the office and over-see resource parent re-evaluations. This position also oversees and manages child files.
