JOB SUMMARY
The Program Manager is responsible for overall clinical and administrative leadership of services delivered to referred children and families, this includes all aspects of the FFT Foster Care Program, TFC and ICPC work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple functions, including but not limited to recruitment, retention, matching, and clinical services.
- Ensure policies and procedures are in place which support the successful implementation and compliance of FFT FC standards as set by the model developers.
- Oversight of Clinical Supervisors and staffing recruitment.
- Manage recruitment and retention plan ensuring families are trained and supported in the FFT FC model.
- Oversight of staff performance and evaluation
- Overall support of children in foster care with appropriate match to foster parents.
- Oversight of shifts in practice including critical thinking and decision-making using the FFT FC lens.
- Ensure effective collaboration and communication with DCF regional offices.
- Provide consultation to clinical supervisors, therapists, and family support specialists using FFT principles.
- Ensure strict compliance with FFT FC clinical mode adherence.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or related Behavioral Health field of study. Program Manager must be Licensed in their field of study and have at least 5 years prior direct experience providing clinical services to children and or families is required in addition to having previously provided clinical supervision.
