What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager, Diagnostic position at The Children's Home Inc?
The Diagnostic Unit Program Manager assists in the development, implementation and coordination of the Residential program in the Diagnostic Unit of The Children's Home. He/She plans, schedules, and supervises the operation of the residential program and staff. He/She assists the Unit Social Worker/Therapist in developing individual treatment plans through weekly meetings and providing feedback regarding resident’s progress. Responsible for developing and maintaining daily staff schedules, as well as Unit routines such as social/recreational schedules, leisure time schedules, and community discussion hours. This position is primarily assigned to work daily flexible hours throughout the week and weekend according to programmatic needs.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
