The Children's Home is seeking a dedicated Youth Support Team Lead to join our Home-Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI) Team. In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services to young people aged 5-20 with behavioral health needs.
Our HBCI program provides short-term therapeutic interventions in the comfort of our clients' homes and communities. We offer a unique approach to delivering mental health, medical, educational, and social resources to families in crisis.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a small team of interventionists and providing coaching and guidance
- Coordinating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices in behavioral health
