You will play a key role in guiding and supporting staff, leading team planning meetings, and providing clinical direction. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring client services meet the standards of The Children's Home, Monroe County, and NYS OMH policies
- Providing individual supervision, working alongside staff, and delivering direct services
- Conducting mental health assessments, treatment planning, and delivering psychotherapy
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or related field, be licensed, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
