Now Hiring : Permanency Specialist | Permanency Worker
The Children's Home of Reading Youth and Family Services is seeking a Permanency Specialist for our Adoption Program, servicing the Berks and surrounding counties. Position provides SWAN adoption services to children and families preparing them for permanency.
Pay : $20.00 per hour
Job Type : Full-time
As a Permanency Specialist , you will help families and children achieve permanency, which can include reuniting with their biological family or finding a permanent placement. In this role, you must have strong organizational, writing, and verbal skills.

Additional Requirements : The candidate must pass required Criminal Record History Clearance, FBI and Child Abuse History Clearance, as well as possess a valid PA Driver's License. The candidate must pass a Physical & Drug Screening & possess the ability to attend and successfully complete all required trainings
