Shifts: 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift
2nd Shift (2PM-10PM) &
3rd Shift (10PM-6AM)
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking Bachelor's Degree level Youth Behavioral Specialist II for our new Residential Enhanced Level of Care Program, an 8-bed program for male adolescents ages 12 to 18 years old.

Summary of Position: The YBS II will provide supervision, guidance, boundaries, and direction to adolescents who are in need of a more structured, individualized and enhanced level of care. Demonstrate a variety of counseling, communication, and parenting skills, which support the formation of trusting, supportive relationships with the residents.
Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 Years of Age
- Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- REQUIRES- A post-secondary level bachelor's degree or master's with a concentration in social work, criminal justice, psychology, or any Human Services field
- Experienced working with youth adolescents in a residential treatment setting
- Required to work on weekends as scheduled by supervisor.
- Must past all pre-employment physical & drug screening include background clearances (Child, Criminal, FBI, and DMV)
- Ability to demonstrate basic oral, written, and verbal communication.
- Must attend all required trainings followed by shadowing prior to working on the unit.
- Ability to work effectively among various levels of behaviors and maintain an atmosphere of safety, support, and guidance to ensure a positive environment.
