Store Lead

Job Summary: The Store Lead is responsible for supporting the Store Leadership Team by completing cash-wrap operations, opening and closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). They represent the brand, operate professionally, engage customers, maintain store standards, and support teamwork and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop talent through training associates, including in-the-moment coaching conversations.
• Partner with the Store Manager to address performance concerns with associates.
• Support and participate in company training and development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide direct, objective feedback.
• Assess performance and provide feedback on a daily basis and during annual performance reviews.
• Motivate and inspire associates to build brand loyalty and create a positive store environment.
• Model exceptional customer service behaviors and maintain high standards throughout the store.
• Represent the company professionally and positively.
• Support the management team to maximize productivity.
• Participate in the Leader on Duty program to drive store profitability and leverage payroll.
• Process payroll weekly.
• Modify schedules based on business climate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom.
• Ensure Environment and Safety requirements are met.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years previous retail experience.
• At least 18 years old.
