Job Summary :
Responsible for leading and developing a team of Facilities Supervisors as well as assess facility equipment to include buildings / grounds. Candidate will be required to have a working knowledge of all integral components in a manner consistent with manufacturing standards. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining the DC Profit and Loss for the Maintenance Department, all building projects to include implementation of new equipment.

Candidate will oversee and manage daily Maintenance and Facilities initiatives including :
- Supervising of the facilities team.
- Build relationships with external vendors as well as internal corporate partners and distribution operations leaders
- Selection, interviewing, and coaching of maintenance team.
- Performance management of maintenance team.
- Leadership development of maintenance team.
- Maintenance and repairs of conveyor, sorters, and ancillary equipment.
- Trouble shooting MHE (material handling equipment) and DC building systems.
- Manage and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
- Plan, budget, and schedule facilities modifications and / or structural repairs.
- Prepare cost estimates.
- Review building layouts and vendor contracts and manage appropriately.
- Implement Health and Safety programs.
