An exciting opportunity
has arisen for a Clinical Lead to join our Nursing and Care Team. This role will require the successful candidate to provide high quality front-line clinical leadership, education, and expertise within a House leadership team (House Manager, Deputy House Manager / Deputy Clinical Lead and Clinical Lead per house) responsible for one house within a twelve-month rotational model.

Role Requirements
Being a member of the senior site management team, ensuring that there is senior clinical support and leadership on site at all times. It also includes the practice educator role and that of the clinical nurse specialist in a designated specialty of clinical care. This will include activities such as planning and delivering house based training programmes, ensuring best practice and evidence-based care, chairing key meetings and working clinically across all areas of the organisation.
With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.
