Job Purpose
The Command Center Operator is responsible for the surveillance of all security cameras located in the facility and surrounding grounds; monitoring all access control systems and the dispatching of response personnel. Acts as liaison between the Security Department and staff, visitors, and vendors. Ensures all regulations and policies are adhered to. Assists Director with administrative duties as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor all surveillance, access control, and radio equipment contained within the facility. Answer emergency, non-emergency, and administrative phone lines and provide an appropriate response as required by the nature of the call.

Respond to emergencies, handle call-outs, by prioritizing situations and investigate/dispatch on all safety and security-related incidents. Follow-up all incidents with written reports and recommendations.

Complete daily duties such as audits, activity reports, inventory, and key-controls. Assists in investigations, prepares incident reports and other documents pertaining to security activities of the Hospital. Meets with the Security Director to review policies and procedures.

Operate standard office equipment and personal computer(s) using Outlook, MS Windows, Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint, CCTV/Video Management, photo and ID software, telephones, two-way radios, and other Security Systems as required.

Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma/GED
Experience:
21 years of age required, 2 years in security, law enforcement, military, dispatch related career field preferred.
License/Certification/Credential:
Licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in Oklahoma.
Work Schedule
The Command Center Operator will operate on the same shift schedule as the Security Officers. Full-time CCOs will work 7 (12-hour) shifts per pay period (every two weeks). This position is for night-shift, 7:00p - 7:00a, and does require some weekends and holidays as scheduled.
