Job Purpose
We are seeking a temporary Guest Relations Representative to provide continuity of coverage to assist during an employee's temporary leave. The vision for this position is to work Monday - Friday, 8:00a - 4:30p, from approximately March - May. The end date is to be determined, but our vision is for this to be a 12-week commitment. This position will end at the conclusion of this temporary assignment.
The Guest Relations Representative creates a positive and safe experience for all of our guests that aligns with our mission, culture, and core values leaving a lasting impression on our guests. This position serves as the face of the hospital to guests and the voice of the hospital for all inbound callers. The Guest Relations Representative will direct the person to the appropriate contact or location within the hospital.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Answer main telephone for hospital promptly and courteously and direct caller.

Greet, check-in and direct guests, patients and families following all safety protocol and guest experience expectations.

Performs basic clerical duties in support of hospital operations

Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma required. Two years of college or vocational education preferred.
Experience:
1 years in customer service, hospitality role
1 year in administrative, clerical or similar role
License/Certification/Credential:
