Job Purpose:
|
The Pharmacy Technician performs tasks involved in the preparation and distribution of medications in the outpatient pharmacy setting. The Pharmacy Technician works closely with pharmacy and hospital staff to ensure timely delivery of medications. This position works under direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. |
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position that works Monday - Friday, 10:30a - 7:00p, with alternating Saturdays.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Education: |
High School Diploma or GED. |
|
Experience: |
6 months’ experience as technician preferred, but not required. |

License/Certification/Credential: |
Current Oklahoma Pharmacy Technician Permit in Good Standing or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment. |
