YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
Our offices are open Monday - Friday. This full-time client support position works 40 hours a week, 9 AM - 6 PM,
As a Customer Service Rep, you play a pivotal role in our collaborative environment, working closely with your team to achieve company goals and drive growth together. You are responsible for efficiently coordinating service appointments for our chimney technicians. Your daily responsibilities include collaborating with your team to achieve sales targets, handling incoming calls from clients, liaising with field technicians, and returning calls as needed. Interacting with clients, you gather pertinent information, manage schedules, and process both new and existing service requests. Your comprehensive understanding of the industry enables you to offer clear and informed responses to any inquiries from our customers. You derive great satisfaction from providing exceptional client support and take pleasure in supporting the team from the office.
