As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring they have a positive dining experience.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to the highest standards, following our recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Provide support to the kitchen and other team members as needed.
- Assist with food preparation and stocking as required.
- Upsell and promote menu items to increase sales.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or café environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
- Proficiency in operating a POS system.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
