What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Partnerships, Contracts Coordinator position at The Choice, Inc.?
The Choice is excited to partner with their long term client, a conversation non-profit to support a search for a Contracts Coordinator. This position is part of their Corporate Partnerships department and it will support the day-to day tasks related to reviewing and executing agreements between the organization and their corporate partners.
We are seeking candidates with previous non-profit contract experience.
This is an immediate, full time (40 hour a week) 2 day hybrid schedule in DC. This is a contract position that is scheduled to run through September 30th, 2025.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3 years of experience in legal, administrative, project management, or similar area of work, preferably at a non-profit organization or within corporate philanthropy
- Familiarity with legal, business, finance, and accounting terminology, perferably in the non-profit sector
- Experience with brand licensing and partnerships, IP rights and usage a plus
- Experience using Raiser’s Edge and general non-profit database operations a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES :
We are not seeking candidates with government procurement / contracting backgrounds. This is better suited for someone with previous experience in non-profit licensing corporate sponsorship contracts experience.
