Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
- Handle cash and card transactions using a POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized section
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences every time
Requirements:
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
