This position is primarily responsible for coordinating egg donor and recipient cycles, but it is not limited to this. The Donor Coordinator is a versatile role that provides intended parents searching for an egg donor with information and support during the process. The Coordinator works in a collaborative relationship with several clinics across the state. The donor coordinator is also the main communication line between all parties and team members, assisting with the day-to-day activities of running a donor match cycle.

This full-time position will be 40 hours weekly (Monday through Friday) in our San Diego office.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for keeping updated with cycle developments, communicating with prospective intended parents, understanding their needs, desires, and goals, and making appropriate recommendations for potential Egg donor matches.
- Establishes an ongoing relationship with intended parents to assist with the selection process of an ED donor.
- Responsible for reaching prospective donors and explaining the process and requirements
- Assisting current donors with profile adjustments, helping ensure smooth and accurate communication with other clinics
- Creates and maintains current client files in multiple databases by entering updated information.
- Coordinates meetings and correspondence between intended parents and donors.
- Explains the donor program via telephone, email, and in-person
- Attends meetings to discuss ongoing cases; contributes to and assists the team with maintaining relevant spreadsheets/documentation.
- Assists team in the ongoing program review, recognizing problems, issues, and barriers and recommending solutions and/or new processes.
- Ensures the accuracy and data integrity of information stored in the database by upholding company privacy policies

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma/degree preferred
- A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare or business-related field is preferred.
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Photoshop preferred.
