Founded by Dallas Jenkins following the global success of The Chosen, 5&2 has expanded into producing both scripted and unscripted series, an animated series, and an expansive library of digital content. The independent studio also manages its own distribution, marketing, studio facilities, and consumer product line.
Our growing entertainment company is looking to appoint a talented individual with 2 years of experience supporting a growing team of professionals. This person will be an integral part of our company’s success, ensuring the smooth function of high-level operations, and facilitating key decision-making processes, while serving a team that is focused on showing gratitude to our fans and employees. The dedication and professionalism of this role will contribute significantly to 5&2 Studios continued growth and success
This role reports to our Vice President of Gifts, and could be based remotely, but would require regular in-person meetings in the greater Nashville area.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Operational Support
- Collaborate with the Gifts leadership team to support strategic business planning, partnership relations, product development, financial management, and retail/wholesale operations.
- Provide operational support for 3PL warehouse operations and customer service teams, ensuring efficiency across all touchpoints.
Schedule & Calendar Management
- Manage and coordinate schedules for Gifts leadership, including meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Ensure timely communication of calendar updates to all relevant parties.
Customer Experience & Support
- Serve as a liaison with the customer service team to deliver an exceptional fan experience.
- Assist in resolving both product and non-product inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Meeting Coordination & Documentation
- Attend key meetings to take detailed minutes, track action items, and provide follow-up support.
- Ensure all documentation is well-organized and accessible for the team.
Communication & Reporting
- Draft, proofread, and edit internal and external communications, including emails, presentations, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop professional spreadsheets and PowerPoint/Keynote reports to support business insights and decision-making.
Administrative & Project Support
- Handle delegated tasks independently and efficiently, building trust with the Gifts team over time.
- Maintain organization across various projects and provide administrative support as needed.
Confidentiality & Data Management
- Manage sensitive information with discretion and ensure proper data security measures for both physical and digital files.
Flexibility & Availability
- Adapt to the dynamic nature of the Gifts business, which includes livestreams, live events, and a 24/7 operational model.
- Be available beyond standard business hours when needed to support critical initiatives.
Travel Coordination
- Arrange travel logistics for Gifts leadership, including accommodations, itineraries, and other travel-related needs.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 3 years of relevant professional work experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners is required
- Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail is a must
- Self-motivator with a can-do spirit is essential
- Passionate about the mission of The Chosen to share the story of Jesus with the world
- Experience in the Entertainment industry is a plus
- Understanding of e-commerce and supply chain business principles is a plus
- Working knowledge of the following programs is a plus: NetSuite (or similar ERP system), Google Workspace tools, Slack, Asana, and Shopify
