We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adept at quick turnarounds, and has a deep understanding of social media and current social trends. The Senior Designer will report directly to our Creative Director and will play a crucial role in elevating our brand presence across various platforms.
This role is a Senior Manager level and can be based remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and marketing team to develop and execute high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and materials for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, email campaigns, and promotional content.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and integrate relevant insights into design strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines without compromising on creativity or quality.
- Take initiative in understanding The Chosen’s brand nuances and contribute to continuous brand elevation through innovative design solutions.
- Develop and maintain a library of design assets and templates to streamline future projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
- Proven track record of creating engaging content for social media and other digital platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, with an emphasis on social media content and brand development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Basic knowledge of Premiere or other video editing software preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work setting.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
