Job Description
Responsible for providing secretarial and general office duties. Develops spreadsheets and tracks data related to budgetary information. Provides computer support to the Central Service associates for all programs utilized in Central Service. Assignments may be of a confidential manner and require judgment and discretion at all times.
Responsibilities
Assume responsibility for employee files and information
- Maintain personnel files for Central Service staff. Prepare file folders for new employees.
- Resource person for SARF forms. Enter and forward to correct individual when completed
- Maintain job descriptions in correct format.
- Maintain listing of assigned lockers for staff at Main and JSC.
- Collects documentation on attendance and completion of mandatory programs
- Maintains confidentiality
Assumes responsibility for performing assigned clerical support functions
Assumes responsibility for reports and data collection
Orders instrumentation, surgical supplies, office supplies, and maintains equipment repairs.

EDUCATION : High School graduate or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 1 year of office experience preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE : Good typing skills (40 wpm), Able to use telephone, fax machine and photocopier, Able to perform basic math skills. PC software, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point; spelling, math and filling skills. Excellent organization, communication, composition, interpersonal and telephone skills.
