Job Description
The “Business Office – Junior Analyst” assists the department to allow financial and business functions of the Healthcare Technology Management department to be managed and controlled while enhancing the technical services and improving quality of medical services.
Responsibilities
- Gathers cost data for implemented HTM services for Director, HTM budget is ~$13M Makes recommendation to reduce costs, or enhance services.
- Assists with dispatch functions to provide timely service to reduce downtime and improve patient safety – can be greater than $25k per episode in lost revenue and greater than $1k per hour in service costs.
- Assists in business management function for HTM services supporting approximately $220M in assets and which generate greater revenue, or high impact patient care systems
- Phone calls / Dispatches
- Submit and Generate Requisitions for Orders
- Voicemails / Answer / Assign
- Receive and Send out packages / Document / Notify / Alert Issues / Track returns / Verify returns
- Keep office supplies / batteries / department needs up to date
- Work closely with Business Office – Senior Analyst
Qualifications
Associates degree with experience in service management functions or,
High School diploma with related experience will be considered. A proven track record of performance with increasing responsibility preferred.
PREFERRED EDUCATION :
Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT or other related field
