Job Title: Children’s Ministry Operations
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to serve as the Children’s Ministry Operations. This role will focus on utilizing strong administrative and operational skills to support and strengthen our ministry. The ideal candidate will love Jesus, adhere to The Alliance statement of faith, be passionate about working with children and can manage logistical and operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Administration: Support the day-to-day operations of the after-school program.
Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth logistical operations for all children's programs, after-school programs, and special events.
Program Assistance: Work closely with the children during the after-school program and/or Tuesday kid’s church, ensuring they are engaged, supervised, and involved in meaningful activities.
Child Safety and Welfare: Ensure all programs adhere to child safety protocols and policies, and that all volunteers and staff are trained in these procedures.
Resource Management: Maintain an inventory of ministry supplies and resources, ordering and replenishing as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for nurturing the spiritual and emotional growth of children.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team, including volunteers, parents, and church staff.
Hours & Compensation:
Part time: minimum of 10 hours per week- 3 days a week, afternoon and evenings
