Salem Alliance Church is hiring a full-time Pastor of Pastoral Care to lead and support our Pastoral Care Ministries. This 40-hour salaried position provides strategic leadership, oversees volunteer development, and fosters a culture of care within our church community and beyond.
This role involves recruiting, training, and supporting volunteer teams across various care ministries, ensuring all needs are met with excellence. It also includes meeting with individuals in crisis, coordinating hospital and home visits, leading prayer ministries, funerals, and managing benevolent fund assistance.
We are looking for a compassionate, proactive individual with strong leadership and organizational skills, a high level of confidentiality, and a heart for serving others.
