What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pastor at Hollidaysburg C&MA position at The Christian and Missionary Alliance US Church Ministries?
We, the elders and ministry board members of the Hollidaysburg Christian & Missionary Alliance Church, are looking for a spiritual leader who will guide us in formulating a vision and then lead us in that vision to reach our community for Christ. Our hearts are united in seeking this shepherd who will feed us from God's Word and enable us to be lights in our community to glorify Christ.
Pastoral Expectations
DUTIES:
Emphasize prayer
Preaching that glorifies Christ Visitation (w/ board assistance)
Shepherding the flock
Develop disciples & leaders
GIFTS / SKILLS:
Visionary (under Christ's direction)
Evangelistic
Compassionate (for congregation & community)
Able to teach & encourage
Able to lead & delegate
