The Christian Broadcasting Network is seeking an experienced Art Director to join its fast-paced Direct Marketing team. This individual will conceptualize and execute graphics for direct response along with other various development projects and related marketing activities, including managing freelance artists as needed and approving artwork.

The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications
- Working knowledge of graphic design principles and procedures
- Working knowledge of graphic art and design in the direct response field
- Strong working knowledge of current computer-based software applications used in the graphic design industry (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- In-depth knowledge of photographic fundamentals and equipment
- Familiarity with all graphic and production methods, printing processes, and tools
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with ability to multi-task and work on projects with a short turnaround time
- Strong ability to stay current with graphic design trends, techniques and software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate creative concepts
- Strong creative skills with ability to demonstrate innovation
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as an effective member of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport with all levels of management, staff and outside public
- Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines within a high-energy work environment
