Broadcast Operations – Virginia Beach, VA
The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Broadcast Transmission Control Operator to join our dynamic Operations team at our Television Production facility in Virginia Beach, VA. In this essential role, you will ensure the seamless routing of video and audio signals for live broadcasts, maintaining the highest quality standards for both incoming and outgoing television feeds.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday 9:30AM – 5:30PM
- Solid understanding of television production, post-production, studio, and remote production workflows
- Proficiency in signal measurement and analysis, with a solid understanding of waveform, video and audio signal standards
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Hands-on experience with small tools and precision adjustments to electronic equipment
- Ability to work with detailed and intricate electronic equipment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while consistently meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently, while also being an effective member of a team
