We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Christian School at Castle Hills. This role is vital in nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning within a Christ-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment for preschool children.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Encourage positive behavior and promote a sense of community among students.
- Integrate biblical principles into daily lessons and activities.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Associates or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in preschool or early childhood education settings is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early education.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
- Commitment to integrating Christian values into the teaching process.
