Internship Job Summary

As a Marketing Intern, you will be a valued member of our marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in the dynamic construction industry. This internship provides a unique opportunity for a college student to play an integral role in promoting our projects, supporting branding efforts and developing marketing strategies.

You will have the chance to develop expertise in content creation, social media management, campaign development and digital tools that enhance marketing efficiency. Throughout the internship, you'll collaborate with team members, learn about the construction industry's unique marketing needs, and contribute to initiatives that showcase our company's value and capabilities.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to bring fresh ideas to the table, support team goals, and develop skills in recognizing trends and crafting effective marketing solutions for a growing organization.

What You Will Do :

As a Marketing Intern , you play a crucial part in supporting the marketing and communications team. Primary daily responsibilities of this role include, but not limited to :

• Assist in the creation, organization and maintenance of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, qualifications and proposals.
• Support social media content planning and scheduling, ensuring consistent engagement and alignment with company branding.
• Help draft and edit content for blogs, newsletters, press releases, and other external communications.
• Collaborate with team members to update and maintain the company website.
• Organize and track marketing campaigns, gathering metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in planning and executing events, including logistics and promotional efforts.
• Research industry trends, competitors and potential markets to inform marketing strategies and content development.
• Manage photo and video libraries, ensuring project imagery is updated and accessible for internal and external use.
• Help coordinate the production of branded materials, such as signage, promotional items and advertisements.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
• Support internal communications efforts, such as creating employee spotlights or contributing to internal communications.
• Take part in identifying opportunities for awards and recognitions, assisting with nominations and submissions.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned to support the marketing and communications team.

Work Environment

The job will be conducted in a temperature controlled professional office environment, with moderate noise. The role will routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.

Physical Demands
