What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at The Chrysalis Inn & Spa?
The Chrysalis Inn & Spa is seeking a friendly and service-oriented front desk agent to join our team. Front desk agents are responsible for ensuring all guest needs are met before, during and after their stay. Agents are in charge of making reservations, checking guests in and out, cash and credit card transactions and other duties as assigned. Attention to detail and strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are important. A strong sense of customer service is desired. The ability to work both as part of a team and independently are necessary. The schedule includes weekends. The shifts will be 3pm-11pm and 1pm-9pm. Knowledge of Hilton ONQ OS is helpful. Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
