Three years of relevant experience (supervisory, commercial laundry, etc.). including at least one year of leadership/supervisory experience. Thorough knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and personnel assignment. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to lift 30 pounds; bend, kneel, stoop, pull, push and perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced work environment; must be able to stand for long periods of time.

- Providing an environment where patrons may have a positive and uplifting experience each time they come to the temple.
- Maintaining and operating temples at standards established by the First Presidency.
Responsibilities
- 40% - Supervises staff, including volunteers and ordinance workers.
- 15% - Operates a break-even operation by controlling expenditures for labor, equipment, and operating supplies. Maintains a safe work environment and keeps costs within budget guidelines.
- 15% - Maintains a high quality of cleanliness and repair of all temple clothing and other linen supplies used in the temple.
- 10% - Ensures that all areas of the temple are adequately supplied with clean linen needs.
- 10% - Supervises, trains, and evaluates employees and volunteers.
- 5% - Orders a yearly supply of temple clothing, maintaining a one-year supply.
- 5% - Maintains proper clothing inventory system.
