This position exists to serve priesthood leaders by providing temples, headquarters, and other facilities for their use to help bring souls unto CHRIST.
Analyzes business processes and tasks to understand how they can be supported by automated tools. Identifies performance improvement and system enhancement opportunities. Understands all aspects of Church ICS processes. Participates on project teams to represent business needs in a development environment. Understands and applies information systems principles, data management principles, and continuous improvement principles.

Shift Details
- Core Schedule and Hours
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm - Church Office Building, 50 E North Temple Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84150
- This position offers a hybrid work option, allowing candidates to work both remotely and on-site as needed.
- 20% - Review department processes and proposals for process and system changes.
- 20% - Participate with development team members to ensure adequate understanding of design requirements and validate development efforts.
- 20% - Provide support as assigned for third-party products.
- 20% - Provide support to field representatives, help desk, and system users.
- 10% - Document business processes and product design requirements.
- 10% - Organize and manage information from various databases obtained from other divisions, departments and others.
- Requires a master's degree in a related field with at least 6 years of job-related work experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 8 years of job-related work experience.
- Degree in information systems or business management field preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of department processes and operations.
- Knowledge of business systems analysis and business management principles.
- Proven team skills.
- Highly skilled in the use of standard desktop software such as MS Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
- Capable of performing detailed, technical data analysis along with the use of business processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Able to keep confidences and appropriately deal with sensitive data and documents.
