Paid Interns are qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation. They must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter.

Responsibilities
- Support our in-house Print and Fine Art and Manufacturing facilities.
- Assist in the procurement process by dispatching purchase orders and communication to both vendors and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address purchasing needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Track purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to purchasing activities.
- Resolve discrepancies through three-way matching between purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices.
