Job Description
This position helps make gospel teachings, resources, or services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way, supporting the mission of the Church.
Individuals who qualify and accept and accept a position as an industrial sewing machine operator will work within a team performing stand up sewing to produce temple garments and temple clothing for members of the Church throughout the world. The nature of this work is physical demanding and fast-paced. This position contributes to the mission of the Church supporting members as they make and keep Temple covenants
Responsibilities
Assemble materials into a finished garment product following established sewing processes
Qualifications
Must be 18 years old or older to apply.
Ability to understand and reply in English is Required! All assessments and interviews will be done in English.
Must be graduated from High School.
Closed Toe Shoes Are Required When Interviewing And Working.
You will work with other temple worthy individuals and will participate in plant devotionals.
You will receive a $1000 onboarding reward in 3 different increments. $250 for the day you start, $250 if you stay 4 months, and an additional $500 as you stay a year. This is not available to rehires.

- Compensation: Day Shidt Available $18.75;
- Monday-Friday Day Shift - 5:45am-2:15pm (40 hours per week)

- Maintain Church and Beehive Clothing employment standards
- Operate and maintain industrial grade sewing machines
- Spatial reasoning/fine motor dexterity assessment
- Threading assessment
- Sewing assessment (fabric handling and following instructions)
- Team activity
- Interview
- Required to be on their feet 8 hours a day; moving throughout the shift between several sewing machines.
- Communicate in English effectively with a team
- Perform fast, repetitive movements for a minimum of 8 hours per day
- Periodically bend, twist, and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
- Work overtime, if needed, based on production needs
- Must have good eyesight (may use corrective vision)
