The Program Manager oversees the products and project management effort in a project portfolio. The Program Manager is a key resource in ensuring products and services are coordinated and aligned. They are a main interface for relationship management with external clients.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full reservation and attendance process for attending a Church-owned recreation Property
- Oversees Development, revisions, and improvements of supporting technology systems.
- Responsible for the success of small to medium facilities with low to moderate levels of scope/complexity connected to a project portfolio.
- Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with customers including Local Leaders, Service Missionaries, Product Managers, Directors, and other Church Departments.
- Utilize project management tools and reporting to monitor and report program and project health.
- Resolve customer issues/problems, lead on product planning meetings.
- Ensure the products and services delivered to clients meet Church strategic needs and desired customer experience.
- Work with product manager to establish project prioritization within the program/product plans.
- Communicate status of program and deliverable project(s).
- Approve projects based on the business case, budget and resource availability, and alignment with program and product plan.
- Administer product change controls.
- Provide product-level financial forecasting quarterly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
- 5 years Program and/or Project Management experience.
- Ability to make informed decisions using data.
- Ability to understand and manage small to medium business operations.
- Ability to lead small to medium teams and projects using influence.
- Ability to champion process and policy.
- Ability to get results in a matrix organization.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Preferred
- Master's degree with 3 years Program and/or Project Management experience.
- PMP certification.
