The Program Manager oversees the products and project management effort in a project portfolio. This is a senior level role.

Responsibilities
- Build and implement program plans that deliver success metric goals.
- Oversee a multi-functional team to lead programs with moderate to high levels of complexity.
- Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with customers including Product Managers, Directors Managing Directors, Church Officers, and General Authorities.
- Work with product manager to establish project prioritization within the program/product plans.
- Communicate status of program and deliverable project(s).
- Utilize project management tools and reporting to monitor and report program and project productivity.
- In consultation with resource managers, provide constructive feedback to team members to improve current and future performance within the program/product plans.
- Provide program item-level productivity forecasting quarterly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
- 7 years Program and/or Project Management experience.
- Ability to make informed, complex decisions using data.
- Ability to understand and manage medium to large business operations.
- Ability to lead large teams and projects using influence.
- Ability to champion process and policy.
- Ability to get results in a matrix organization.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to senior level leaders.
Preferred
- Master's degree with 5 years Program and/or Project Management experience.
- PMP certification.
