Join the Global Culture and Employee Experience Team to support the Church’s holistic well-being initiatives for employees worldwide. In this hybrid role based in Salt Lake City, you’ll write content, deliver presentations, manage well-being resources, and collaborate with global teams. This internship offers hands-on experience in employee engagement, content creation, and program coordination while strengthening your skills in communication, project management, and well-being strategy. Must be a current student or recent graduate (within 12 months).
Responsibilities

From the IT professional who develops an app that sends the gospel message worldwide, to the facilities manager who maintains our buildings— giving Church members places to worship, teach, learn, and receive sacred ordinances—our employees seek innovative ways to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the world. They are literally working in His kingdom.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Global Workforce Experience Manager with delivering the Wellbeing strategy for the Church workforce
- Write articles and blog posts to promote various aspects of well-being
- Coordinate requests for well-being support and resources
- Create and deliver presentations and training to promote well-being
- Act as a content administrator for the Well-Being website to keep content fresh, up to date, and working
- Engage in a professional manner with stakeholders, including employees, human resource community, and department and area leaders
- Engage and partner with subject matter experts to curate and develop content
- Gather website analytics and record well-being metrics
- Contribute to broader employee experience efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, health and wellness, psychology, learning and development, or a similar field in progress
- Advanced writing, presentation, and technology skills
- Self-motivated, organized, professional, and able to handle multiple work assignments
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft applications
- Detail oriented
- Able to think strategically
