Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of community operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee property maintenance activities, coordinating with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and customer relationship management systems, including OneSite.
- Develop and implement community programs and events to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms for the community.
- Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering positive relationships within the community.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare administrative reports related to occupancy, leasing activities, and maintenance requests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Manufactured Housing regulations is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and office management tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with residents.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and contractors.
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in using property management software such as Rent Manager is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
