OVERVIEW
The Cicero Institute is seeking an experienced and dynamic Events Director to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale and multi-event projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, a proven track record in managing complex events, and the ability to provide cross-departmental support to align events with organizational goals. This role is critical to the success of our mission and requires a collaborative, detail-oriented, and strategic leader.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience managing events in a commercial, non-profit, or campaign environment. They will report to the Senior Advisor and will work closely with the entire team. Salary will align with experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Planning and Management :
- Design, develop, and execute a wide range of events, including fundraising dinners, salon dinners, networking events, and much more.
- Oversee multiple events simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, permits, and risk management.
