The Cigarette Store, LLC is seeking candidates for Property Maintenance Manager – Central Region.
Our retail store facilities team is looking for a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented person to manage maintenance and facilities issues for our stores in the Central region of the U.S. The position can be based in Forrest City, Arkansas.
We offer a casual office environment with benefits including health and dental insurance, 401K with company match, and PTO. We offer competitive pay based on experience.
Job requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to supervise multiple tasks, contractors and vendors.
- Ability to solicit, analyze, negotiate, and contract for services
- Strong budget development and oversight skills
- Strong scheduling skills
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities
- Available to work anytime and available by phone at all times.
- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Flexible to travel
- Experience in retail store operations and facility/property management
