What are the responsibilities and job description for the App Development Sr. Advisor position at The Cigna Group?
- Responsible for the design of an overall, robust test strategy, including a consolidated data approach and high level test scenarios to thoroughly test the logic and handoffs that support the E2E business flow(s).
- Identify and socialize all testing/quality risks and define mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate all E2E test execution, both internally and with clients or other external partners as needed.
- Work with Delivery Management, Business & Technical Product Owners and application leads to confirm schedules and resource allocations.
- Work with the teams to efficiently resolve issues.
- Maintain dashboards on E2E testing progress and issues for reporting to various levels of management.
- Promote cross-functional communication and advocates continuous improvement.
- Facilitate lessons learned sessions and help implement best practices.
- Identify automation opportunities
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
