This position is responsible for enriching and advancing the analytic capabilities of the Client Analytics team to demonstrate the value of our business programs. Specifically, this role will develop and execute analytics to provide meaningful insights of client-facing deliverables as well as develop and execute a communication plan to share insights with clients and stakeholders in a meaningful way. Additionally, this role will mentor other Analytics colleagues in the appropriate execution of insightful analytics. This role will collaborate with internal partners in Health Economics, Client Management, and Product to understand pertinent business questions and how to use appropriate analytics to demonstrate value and performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, operations research, computer science, data science, information systems, or related scientific/technical field strongly preferred
Masters degree preferred
5 years of experience in healthcare data analysis, reporting, data warehousing and/or business intelligence
Experience implementing data visualization solutions preferred
Demonstrated understanding of eviCore’s business, customer base, programs, and value propositions preferred
Demonstrated high degree of business acumen preferred
Demonstrated ability to develop relevant metrics and use metrics as a basis for communication and continuous improvement preferred
Experience with BI / Reporting or Analytics platform such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, SAS, SQL, SSIS, or other comparable tools
Excellent communication skills
Critical thinking skills is a must
