MAIN REPONSABILITIES:
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of business processes and user needs.
- System Analysis: Analyze existing systems and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to enhance system functionality and performance.
- Design and Development: Collaborate with the development team to design and develop system solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Testing and QA team to define and develop test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of system solutions, identifying and assisting to resolve any issues or defects.
- Implementation and Support: Assist in the implementation of system solutions, providing ongoing support and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system solutions, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
- Training and User Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to effectively use system solutions.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE NEEDED
Education Level:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally with focus in a healthcare insurance environment.
Specific Knowledge:
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes and propose effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Healthcare Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare insurance industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong stakeholder relationship.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies (SCRUM, KAMBAN, SAFe,…)
- Will be a plus Proficiency in RPG Iseries development, including RPG IV, RPG Free, CL and SQL. Knowledge of IBM iSeries (AS/400) and related tools and technologies.

Permanent contract.
Flexible Working hours : Monday to Thursday 9.00 to 18.15 and Friday 9.00 to 14.45. You can start earlier if you prefer.
