As the Senior Operations Manager, Home Delivery Pharmacy Fulfillment, you will be responsible to provide leadership to a team accountable for dispensing and processing prescriptions in a highly automated, innovative Pharmacy fulfillment center.  You will partner with cross functional teams to ensure compliance.  You will apply continuous improvement methodologies and data analytics to reduce costs and increase productive metrics/targets.

2nd Shift: 12:00pm to 12:00am (Mon. - Thurs.)

On Call Rotation every 3rd or 4th week

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive execution of a portfolio of projects, delegating responsibility to team members, project support resources and site operational leaders for driving change management.
• Ensure quality and service standards are maintained for existing and new client implementations. 
• Develop and build leadership within your team by identifying challenging assignments and stretch learning opportunities. 

Position Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related curriculum preferred; MBA preferred
• Prior managerial experience leading multi-level large teams – required.
• At least 8 years progressive related operations experience in diverse industries
• Pharmacy Technician licensure or Pharmacist licensure required per State laws
• Demonstrated communication and presentation skills, project management skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills and effective at managing change for a large, high producing workforce
• Enthusiasm and passion to meet aggressive goals and targets
• Ability to work cross functionally and deliver business results in often ambiguous situations
• Knowledge of lean or process improvement methodologies and ability to implement continuous improvement strategies - preferred
• Six Sigma Certification desired  
• Demonstrated energy and commitment to use your leadership skills to the development of individuals and teams
• Continuous learning mindset
• Proficient using MS Office Suite - required
