What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Training Advisor - LMS Administrator - Remote position at The Cigna Group?
As a LMS Administrator, Technical Training Advisor on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the pharmacy's learning management system (LMS), including setting up courses, managing user access, tracking learner progress, generating learner progress / completion rates reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of the LMS to meet training and development objectives across the various workstreams.
In this role, you will make an impact on our pharmacy patients and the organization as a whole by :
Performing multiple and advanced administrative functions in support of the organization-wide LMS training programs
Maintaining the learning management system (LMS) user audiences, assignments, and reporting that will meet all regulatory, client, accreditation, compliance, and operational needs
Generating reports and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and presenting insights to stakeholders to inform them of training strategy opportunities.
Preparing for pharmacy audits and ensuring that all accreditation and manufacturer requirements are met related to training record data accuracy and integrity.
Developing standardized LMS operational processes and standards to ensure an LMS governance model is followed.
Coaching, training, and supporting other members of the LMS and Learning & Development teams
Coordinating with content creators and instructional designers to provide LMS assistance and best practices, including communicating when updates and changes occur within the LMS
Leading technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the LMS infrastructure
Developing and managing highly complex training projects relating to LMS improvement, course delivery, and content creation
Acting as the point of contact in the absence of the senior manager as needed
What you will need to be successful in the role :
High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
3 years’ experience of working knowledge within SAP SuccessFactors LMS required
Experience with learning content authoring software including Articulate 360 software suite preferred
Strong knowledge of LMS best practices and use of eLearning in pharmacy, healthcare or other highly regulated industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to assist with troubleshooting and analytical tasks
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast changing, evolving environment, while still managing the attention to detail
Capacity to learn new technology and then apply and interpret the knowledge quickly for end users
Ability to adhere to departmental quality practices and company compliance and audit standards the various workstreams.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download / 5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 82,900 - 138,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
