The Headquarters Claims department is seeking a Workers' Compensation Litigation Specialist to handle and oversee key account workers' compensation claims. This position is located in Fairfield, OH. We currently provide a hybrid work environment, with a 50 / 50 split between in-office and remote work.
Starting Salary : The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be ready to :
- oversee workers' compensation claims
- supervise coverage / jurisdictional analysis and defense strategies
- evaluate workers' compensation exposure / reserves, including reserves greater than $100,000
- work in team environment as part of Workers' Compensation Claims
- provide technical direction and support to Field Claims associates
- communicate effectively with agents and underwriters
- participate in development and delivery of training, as needed
- involvement in special projects, as needed
- travel as needed relevant to position
- pursue continuing education to remain current and attain expertise relevant to job duties
