Our Customer Care Center is currently seeking an account technician to assist the commercial account managers by servicing policyholders of the Cincinnati Customer Care Center on behalf of our independent agents.
Many departments at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio, offer hybrid work options, empowering associates to work from home several days a week. Depending on your role and responsibilities, hybrid options may be available for those working at headquarters.
Starting pay : The pay range for this position is $20 - $22 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be ready to :
- underwrite and process requests received from policyholders
- use technology and resources to complete tasks and policy renewals
- maintain an assigned territory size and volume
- maintain overall quality and efficiency of work performed within the team
- process renewals, endorsements and / or certificates of insurance :
receive, analyze and issue requests via assigned task, mail, phone, fax or email
